Warranty and notice of defects
The acceptance of the cleaning performance is recognized by the client as correct, unless this is objected to in writing within one working day. Waschbär GmbH undertakes to remedy any justified complaints for which it is responsible immediately.
A liability for the elimination of defects or assumption of consequential costs, which are reported after the period, or if the Waschbär GmbH has not been given the opportunity of repair, are excluded. If operating or maintenance instructions of Waschbär GmbH are not followed (eg if the floor is oiled) or have been personally cleaned by the customer, then any warranty is void. A liability for normal wear and tear is excluded.
